• STEP 2: Proofs
o Proofs of your personalized design will be sent to your EMAIL or Etsy message.
o Customers accept the proofs.
o The production time estimates DO NOT begin until requested proof is accepted.
o The customization and proofs acceptance processing time normally take 2 to 3 business days.
• STEP 3: Production and packaging
o Production and packaging usually take 2-3 business days.

o Standard Shipping:
 For US customers, the standard shipping carrier we normally use is USPS, the regular delivery time ranges from 8 to 20 business days.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Do not place in a humid environment.
• Stains can be removed carefully with a soft cloth and a little bit of water.
